In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age. The toto22 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. toto22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform before registering or wagering. toto22 does not warrant legality in any specific jurisdiction. toto22 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Platform.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Personal Use. Accounts are for personal entertainment use only. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, credentials, or payment instruments. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose.
3.1 Registration. To access the Services you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 KYC Verification. toto22 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of identity (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time toto22 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal access.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify toto22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Account Closure. toto22 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. toto22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, and USDT TRC20. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (or equivalent in USDT). Deposits below this threshold may not be credited.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 (or equivalent in USDT). toto22 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours, though actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment method and external processing partners. toto22 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests at its discretion.
4.4 Currency. Real-money balances are maintained in PKR or USDT depending on the deposit method used. toto22 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations where currency conversion is required by a third-party payment processor.
4.5 Own Payment Methods. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits using third-party payment instruments are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5.1 Welcome Bonus. New Players who make a qualifying first deposit may receive a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The exact bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirements are detailed in the active promotion terms displayed at the time of deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered through qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. toto22 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the intention of meeting requirements rather than genuine play, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to claim bonuses. If bonus abuse is detected, toto22 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
5.4 Promotion Changes. toto22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modified terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games on the toto22 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are third-party audited and reflect theoretical long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed per-session outcomes.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, toto22 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. toto22 accepts no liability for losses arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by toto22's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. All bets are final once confirmed. toto22 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was materially known at the time of placement, or where prices were clearly erroneous.
6.4 Cricket Betting. PSL, T20 International, ODI, and Test cricket markets follow the toto22 Cricket Betting Rules. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension at any time. Ball-by-ball markets are settled according to official scorecards from the relevant governing body.

All content on the toto22 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the property of toto22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
9.1 The toto22 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. toto22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of winnings arising from system errors, connectivity failures, or events beyond toto22's reasonable control.
9.3 toto22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
toto22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.1 toto22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Tools available to all Account holders include: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (1 day to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

11.4 toto22 will not knowingly allow persons under 18 years of age to register or access its Services. Where toto22 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be under 18, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto22 is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
toto22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
